This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Essential Functions Assist with planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of admissions programming. Identify and recruit prospective students by developing relationships with appropriate high school, college, and community personnel. Develop and carry out a recruitment travel schedule based on attending college fairs, school visits, and participating in community and other events in assigned recruitment territory. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, their families, and appropriate school personnel through personalized outreach efforts including phone, e-mail, in-person contact, texting, and other relevant media. Responsible for providing excellent service to prospective students as well as accountability for enrollment growth in designated territory. Represent the college at a variety of on and off-campus recruiting events. This includes, but is not limited to, high school visits, presentations, college fairs, career fairs, and other community events. Coordinate, track, and maintain effective communication with prospective students in the CRM. Assist and co-supervise activities of the student ambassador program including but not limited to day-to-day office activities. Work cross-functionally with departments such as Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Online Learning, Business and Industry, and Outreach to deliver seamless student experiences. Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position. Comply with HutchCCs policies, procedures, and practices.
