Job Title: Machinist

What You'll Do:

• Set up, install, and operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and shapers
• Fabricate and modify parts used to repair machinery and maintain production equipment
• Machine precision parts to exact specifications
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain performance
• Work from blueprints, measurements, and machining specifications

Work Environment:

This position is based in a manufacturing facility that produces and distributes graphite. The environment can be hot, dusty, and dirty, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on industrial work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.06 - $28.06/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
