My client is an established Home Care organization specializing in Private Duty Home Care and long-term care insurance.

They are looking for an experienced sales leader to manage a team of four Sales Representatives across the South East Coast of Florida, drive business growth and support expansion into additional regions.

The role:

• Lead and manage a team of four Sales Representatives across South Florida
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Private Duty Home Care growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community and healthcare sector
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in a competitive market for your team
• Support, coach and develop the existing sales team to achieve their targets
• Work closely with Operations to ensure sales activity aligns with service delivery
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Home Care and Therapy services
• Support the company's wider expansion plans across Florida

Required competencies:

• Extensive experience within Private Duty Home Care is essential
• Proven experience in sales leadership and managing a team of Sales Representatives
• Strong understanding of the Private Duty market and long-term care insurance
• Track record of building community relationships and generating new business
• Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Open, honest and supportive leadership style
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a competitive market

Benefits:

• $130,000–$150,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Significant commission based on top-line revenue
