Pool and Spa Depot is Middle Tennessee's most trusted and fastest growing pool and spa retailer, with ten locations, including northern Alabama, and southern Kentucky.
We are actively interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Showroom Sales Manager of our retail showroom in Knoxville, TN.
Our customer- focused service platform, strong promotional calendar, outstanding inventory selection as founder of the Millennium Buying Group allow us to bring the most advanced pools, spas, saunas, chemicals, and services to our customer base. Our Harmonic manufacturing plant in Franklin, KY, our professional pool building expertise, and 30- year family- owned history truly set us apart in all markets we serve.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid base of big-ticket retail sales and management experience, and will possess a high level of previously demonstrated expertise and results in the five (5) AREAS of Sales, Recruiting, Sales Management, Training, and Operations Management.
Compensation ranges from 75k-120k+ for this position, based on experience, scope of management duties, and ability to affect ROI, in a combination of base salary and commission/bonuses, dependent on your measured ability to:
- Consistently achieve your own "fair share" of personal retail sales and unit revenue, closing ratio, and profit margin goals
- Actively recruit, interview, hire, and consistently train sales and showroom staff in operations, product knowledge, and sales and customer service
- Manage sales department operations, and showroom staff that are executed at a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy, including contracts, CRM, and all other software platforms
- Coordinate sales department and showroom staff activity with service, install, delivery, construction and admin staff to insure streamlined operations
- Control and improve variable metrics, including revenue, sales metrics, profit margins, expense control, labor and productivity
- Manage sales and showroom staff to operate at a very high level of customer service AND sales/profitability
