The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Systems Integrator for the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract. This contract includes the Operations, Sustainment, Maintenance, Repair, and Defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN) in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). It also includes support to other key tasks for DISA, including the transformation of DISA’s operational mission through innovation, and support to DISA’s mission partners.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate primary responsibility will be:Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their workPrepare and create containers to allow microservices to work cohesively in a cloud-native applicationAssist in the development of the continuous integration and continuous delivery of softwareSupport the standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modulesAssist in the design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application and modulesArchitect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)Coordinate and support application and platform upgradesResolve identified vulnerabilities associated with STIGs and ScansAssist with design, creation of business process flowsWork with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategiesPerform the necessary tasks to design and assist in configuring ServiceNow functions to meet operational needsSupport business process re-engineering activities to identify ways to streamline capabilities into ServiceNowIdentify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performanceInteract with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflictsEnsure the infrastructure is properly setup with the right nodes, storage, and security parameters to host ServiceNowBasic QualificationsTypically requires BS degree and 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearanceSecurity+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start dateUnderstanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certifiedExperience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of data driven operations capabilities, within a DoD environment, including experience building and deploying software applications that meet DoD security standards and updating applications and code to meet security scans and security implementation guidelines (e.g. STIGs).2+ years of hands-on experience with standing up, configuring, and/or maintaining environmentsExperience with JIRA, Git and ConfluenceExperience working with a highly technical team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMust be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft.
