Key responsibilities Configure and support Workday HCM Core and Compensation, ensuring effective business processes and security configurations Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot cross-module issues affecting payroll outcomes Assess payroll impacts of configuration changes and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with functional teams Required qualifications Strong experience with Workday HCM Core and Compensation Background in Aerospace/Defense or Large Manufacturing domains Proven ability to design and implement configuration changes in Workday Experience with reporting, calculated fields, and eligibility rules in Workday Understanding of payroll processes and impacts related to HCM configuration
