Human Resources Generalist Resort Operations

Were looking for a hands-on approachable Human Resources Generalist to partner with resort leadership support our associates and help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. This is an opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being actively involved in resort operations building meaningful relationships and making a difference every day.

What Youll Do

• Be a trusted HR partner: Serve as a go-to resource for associates and resort leaders providing guidance on HR policies employee relations performance management and workplace concerns.
• Create a great first impression: Partner with Talent Acquisition and department managers to support recruiting hiring new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Support our associates: Assist with benefits administration leave management workers compensation payroll updates and employee-related questions.
• Build a positive workplace culture: Support associate engagement recognition training and development initiatives that help our teams thrive.
• Partner with resort leadership: Provide hands-on HR support across resort departments including coaching performance evaluations employee relations and staffing needs.
• Keep us compliant: Maintain accurate employee records support HR reporting and audits and ensure consistent application of company policies and applicable employment laws.

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of Human Resources experience ideally in hospitality resort operations or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of employee relations recruitment onboarding benefits administration and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with associates and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
• A proactive adaptable and hands-on approach to supporting a dynamic resort environment.
• Experience with HRIS applicant tracking and payroll systems preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
